VENKAT K. NARAYANA (KVN)
Mr. Venkat K. Narayana is the Chairman of KVN Group, a diversified conglomerate spanning real estate and film & entertainment - sectors defined by capital discipline, creative judgment, and long-term vision. A highly qualified professional with over 25 years of leadership experience in capital-intensive industries, Mr. Venkat is the former CEO of Prestige Group where he successfully led IPOs, private equity investments, M&A, and large-scale expansion.

Mr. Venkat founded KVN Productions in 2020 which has emerged into a leading Indian film production and distribution company. With over 8 films across multiple languages currently in production, featuring some of India’s biggest stars including Rocking Star Yash, Thalapathy Vijay, Akshay Kumar, and Chiranjeevi, and having previously distributed over 25 blockbuster films, KVN Productions has firmly established itself as a pan-Indian banner with a proven track record in both production and distribution.
In 2024, he founded KVN Properties, an integrated land aggregation and development platform executing over 6 million sq. ft. of residential projects with leading developers, guided by a philosophy of financial strength and building businesses that endure commercially and culturally.

Apart from his work in films and real estate, Mr. Venkat K Narayana is a noted philanthropist. His KVN Foundation supported people during the COVID crisis through the ‘Feed My City’ campaign, distributing 58 lakh food packets to daily wage workers and also provided 2,500 oxygen concentrators, saving thousands of lives.
